Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented M & S Advanced Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to demonstrate and apply your demonstrated knowledge of Modeling and Simulation development for Missile Defense.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting development of low, medium, and high fidelity modeling and simulation models for Ground-based Missile Defense (GMD).
• Coordination of engineering requirements, project schedules, and analysis of model performance.
• Facilitate working groups to enable program status, technical exchange, and to generate reports for the customer.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Master's Degree in STEM Field with 12+ years experience
• Active Secret clearance
• Experience in Modeling & Simulation development.
• Strong understanding of Modeling & Simulation tools.
• Managing fast tempo projects with attention to detail and schedule.
• Demonstrated skill in oral and written communications, developing and presenting briefings, and preparing technical products.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate projects across multiple organizations.
• Demonstrated skill and experience in development of technical products.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience in modeling and simulation physical environments.
• Experience in network accreditation process and risk mitigation.
• Experience in requirements tracing aiding industry partners development with customer requirements.
• Experience in analysis of verification and validation (V&V) evidence.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Missile Defense System (MDS) to successfully develop and integrate modeling and simulation capabilities into system architectures.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Ground-based Weapon Systems (GWS).

Salary Range:

$110,600.00 - $219,400.00
