Responsibilities

• Expertly oversee asset tracking and management.
• Streamline equipment procurement processes.
• Proactively perform computer maintenance.
• Implement and fine-tune cutting-edge computer systems for our team.
• Install, upgrade, and optimize network infrastructure for peak performance.
• Swiftly and effectively resolve UID/WiFi issues.
• Architect and execute network configurations to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate on high-speed cabling and fiber optics network installations.
• Lead the testing and seamless integration of innovative products into live network environments.
• Manage Taiwan-specific bug tracking and ticket lists to maintain network stability.
• Oversee VOIP touch and telecom services for uninterrupted communication.
• Drive innovation by deploying advanced software and network solutions across various departments.
• Champion the configuration and proficient management of network management tools.
• Elevate the onboarding experience for new team members with seamless IT setup.
• Streamline and optimize IT offboarding procedures for departing colleagues to ensure data security.
• Innovate and optimize IT processes to guarantee efficiency and operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with our global IT team to ensure alignment with international IT standards and best practices.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT operations and asset management.
• Strong networking skills and adept at troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
