What You'll Do
Working alongside smart and caring colleagues, you'll use your tech prowess to create a more productive environment across Cox and help meet business goals. Here's a closer look at your responsibilities:
• Configuring Microsoft Teams policies, voice functionalities and integration of third-party applications.
• Designing, implementing and supporting Active Directory, Azure AD and hybrid exchanges environments.
• Writing PowerShell scripts.
• Using Graph API to extract reporting data.
• Communicating complex, technical information to a less technical audience.
• Communicating M365 changes and enhancements to multiple technical audiences.
• Participating in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 technical support of M365 platforms.
Who You Are
You're a seasoned M365 engineer with great technical and communication skills. You're comfortable working solo but also value collaborating with teammates. You bring the following skills to the table:
Minimum:
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of engineering experience in a large, M365 enterprise.
• 3-5 years of experience designing, implementing and supporting Active Directory, Azure AD and hybrid exchanges environments for a large enterprise.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Teams and related technologies.
