What will I be doing? 

Blueprint is looking for an M365 Onboarding Engineer to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! You will be responsible for delivering onboarding support services for Enterprise Customers. This position is not only responsible for the technical aspects of onboarding customers to M365, but this position will also provide guidance and support. You serve to transform the traditional on premises deployment approach to an automated Onboarding Service. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Execute, manage and lead a set of M365 customers and partners through the Onboarding technical process.  
  • Assist M365 customers and partners with configuration of onboarding tools and processes technology.  
  • Analyze, develop and communicate key Onboarding processes and technology improvement feedback for M365 Onboarding and entire deployment cycle.  
  • Develop, foster and maintain effective working relationships with engineering, marketing, Enterprise ServicesSupport and field sales and partner teams to deliver key business metrics.  
  • Works professionally in alignment with the organization’s code of conduct. 
  • Constant verbal and email communication with others (co-workers, supervisors, vendors, client, customers etc.) to exchange information. 
  • Make quick, accurate decisions without supervision. 

Qualifications: 

  • 2 or more years of customer support experience. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • 1+ years’ experience specific to deploying or supporting Microsoft Office 365 users. 
  • Experience with and understanding of mail transport fundamentals (POP/IMAP/SMTP), as well as networking fundamentals.  
  • Knowledge of DNS, Message Trace Tools, MX and SPF Records, Block Lists, SPAM, Email Filtering and Virus Protection. 
  • Experience with configuring mail clients (Outlook or other). 
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Exchange server or other mail systems. 
  • Experience in Mobile Device Management and security (MDM). 
  • Demonstrated IT Administrative working knowledge with Office 365, Active Directory, Operating Systems, Networking, Personal Computing Devices. 
  • Experience with migrations in Exchange and/or migrations and hybrid migrations to O365. 
  • Knowledge of and experience with Lotus Notes Migrations, Federation Services, Active Sync, PowerShell, SharePoint, Skype.  

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Current Microsoft O365, Exchange, Skype and SharePoint certifications. 

FLSA - Job Classification: Exempt - Salary, Full Time Position 

Location: Las Colinas, Texas/Charlotte, North Carolina/Atlanta, Georgia  

 Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $74,200 to $92,600 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
