M365 Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, test and deploy customized M365 solutions that meet the needs of internal clients. Assists in managing updates, backups, monitoring and performance tuning of the M365 development platform along with continuity planning and testing.
- Interpret business objectives and needs, assess alternatives and provide thought leadership and logical solutions.
- Maintain and comply with quality service by following organization's technological standards. Document procedures used.
- Researches new technologies and applications that can improve the quality, performance or functionality of M365 platform solutions used firm-wide.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending technical education, attending workshops, reading publications and/or pursuing technical certifications.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of one to three (1-3) years of experience with web development in a Microsoft-centric environment.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting, JSON and .Net are preferred.
- Effective time management with focus on prioritization. A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects. Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality.
- Prior experience with providing technical education to all project requstors.
- Ability to work independently with technical competence.
- The ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional client service is required.
