M365 System Engineer

How your day will look like

• As a member of the delivery project team, you will be responsible for specific tasks, including software packaging and development using Intune. 

• You support our 2nd and 3rd Level Support for customer environments. 

• You will work on automation jobs, ensuring that customer environments remain operational and efficient. 

• You will engage with our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) framework and actively contribute to enhancements and automation efforts. 

• You will create and maintain documentation, instructions, and checklists, as well as update the knowledge database. 

• You will conduct training sessions for internal teams. 

• If you’re interested, you’ll have the opportunity to assist our Azure architects in implementing and planning customer requirements, allowing you to expand your skills in this area.

Your profile

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a System engineer and have ideally already acquired knowledge in cloud engineering in the Microsoft environment. 

• You are an expert in Microsoft 365 administration, PowerShell scripting, and application packaging with Intune. Proven track record of delivering complex projects with ease.

• Ideally, you already have some experience in the field of Infrastructure as Code and with Microsoft Azure infrastructure. 

• Hands-on experience with cloud-based identity and access management solutions, including Microsoft AutoPilot, MDM, MAM, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

• Independent way of working, customer-oriented thinking and high-quality standards. 

• Outgoing personality with a joy for customer contact. 

• You have completed a university degree in Computer Science or an equivalent professional training. 

• EU citizen or Spanish work visa. 

• Excellent communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients, German is an advantage.
