Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a M&A Analyst
Position: M&A Analyst
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (50% Onsite)
As a M&A Analyst, you will:
- We are seeking a versatile M&A Analyst to join our M&A Team.
- Our employees are at the core of our business which means the ideal candidate has a partnership mentality acting as a trusted advisor to guide and collaborate with Sales Executives to close SSRs.
- Success in the role requires a candidate that is analytical, process-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while efficiently multitasking.
- As a M&A Analyst, you will assist North America Sales Account Executives perform deal calculations in a workbook and quoting tool, prepare and modify contract documents, and manage opportunities in Salesforce
- 2-3 years or more working Sales Operations, Deal Management, or Renewal Management
- Solid proficiency with Salesforce and Apttus or equivalent quoting tool
- Manipulate formulas in Microsoft Excel
- Shown experience working with a fast-paced Sales team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to quickly prioritize and complete work
- Have an extraordinary sense of humor and enjoys lifting your teammates to success
- Willing to work in office 50% of the time

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $27 and $32 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
