M&A integrations and Corporate Strategy Manager
Job Description
Envoy Global is searching for an experienced Manager of M&A Integrations, strategy and Corporate Development to join us on a full time, permanent basis. This role is responsible for handling a broad range of strategic matters, with a primary focus on M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) integrations and helping new businesses successfully join the Envoy portfolio.
As our Manager, M&A Integrations, Strategy and Corporate Development, you will be required to:
- Manage the integration of acquired business and support additional project for Envoy Global while crafting cross-functional work plans and ensuring achievement of strategic objectives
- Collaborate with business owners to develop and implement best-in-class integration strategies that enable the realization of deal value and provide delightful employee and customer experiences
- Support the due diligence process, by identifying issues and establishing workstreams to confirm the strategic rationale and integration feasibility for acquiring potential targets
- Conduct ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative analyses for strategic planning, investing and integration efforts
- Provide interim leadership and work stream ownership as necessary to achieve objectives for acquisitions and other strategic affiliations and partnerships
- Facilitate robust internal dialogue and reasoned decision-making with senior leaders
- Monitor and track acquisition performance. Conduct "lookbacks" on deal and integration execution to identify and implement improvements to our acquisition integration processes
To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- 6+ years of progressive experience in business management, consulting, or corporate development, with M&A integrations experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive results through large, distributed cross-functional teams, with input from both internal and external stakeholders
- Superior analytical skills, project management capabilities and ability to grasp business models and competitive dynamics across both US and international markets
- An ideal candidate will have direct experience managing merger integrations either in-house or as part of a consulting / transaction advisory firm managing the project
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline - essential
- MBA - highly desirable
