Job Description Summary:

The M&A Specialist S2P role will support end-to-end Vendor Onboarding, Purchasing, Invoicing, and Expense. In this role, you will work collaboratively as part of the Finance M&A team to ensure successful S2P integrations. You will serve as liaison to various teams, support reporting, support various special projects as assigned, and work cross-functionally to drive time sensitive deliverables.

Job Description:

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Collect data relating to contracts, vendors, PO's and invoices from the target.
  • Populate and accurately maintain detailed vendor master template that meets all cross-functional team needs.
  • Coordinate reviews of data collected from target to identify strategies and priorities.
  • Monitor and track vendor onboarding statistics, raise RAIDs with leads as needed.
  • Manage related S2P integration plan in Smartsheets.
  • Mange vendor onboarding (Supplier Request, Registration, and Qualification).
  • Support handoff to TPM for risk due diligence process.
  • Participate in the first touchpoints during the data gathering process.
  • Lead meetings and discussions to prioritize vendor tier groups.
  • Drive M&A S2P project planning.
  • Coordinate communications among PayPal S2P SMEs, Vendor managers, and vendor contacts through. onboarding and vendor management.
  • Train vendor managers to manage Supplier Onboarding, Requisitions, PO's, Invoices and Expenses.
  • Ensure that employees are comfortable with PayPal policies and procedures.
  • Manage S2P meetings, notes, decisions, follow-ups and escalations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate S2P integration retrospective sections.
  • Collaborate across the M&A Finance team to meet the project goals, resolve any issues and to implement improvements.
  • Support P2P in enhancing M&A supplier onboarding processes and procedures.

Required qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an international virtual team.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions related to corporate policies.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Good organization and multi-tasking skills to balance and prioritize work.
  • Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities and responsibilities in a dynamic and changing environment.

Experience:

Bachelor's degree is preferred

Prior experience with Ariba toolset preferred

Minimum of 3-4 years relevant Procure to Pay experience
