Mac Engineer

Who you are:

• 5+ years of tech experience in an enterprise environment
• Experience working with MDM solutions 
• Past experience with troubleshooting Mac platforms at the L2/L3 level.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and related infrastructure components.
• Strong technical aptitude, with an engineering mindset & willingness to learn

What you will do:

• Engineer and sustain macOS-related technologies across the firm.
• Ensure products meet the necessary security, supportability & performance requirements. 
• Provide 3rd level support in investigation & troubleshooting root cause of complex issues. 
• Collaborate with peers on best practices while also being able to work autonomously. 

It would be awesome if you have:

• Background with Bash or Python 
• Zscaler 
• JAMF
