Mac Support Specialist

Are you an exceptional MacOS guru? Have you taken the lead on an Application Integration project? Are you strong with technical administration and troubleshooting? If yes, you could be our next Mac Support Specialist.

Fivesky is building a brand-new global team of engineers who will have a direct impact on supporting and deploying Mac endpoints globally to our end users and customers. 

Who you are: 

• MacOS expert.
• Worked on large enterprise Managed Application Services.
• Led or have been an integral part of a migration project.Administered MacOS and desktop applications.
• Acted as Technical Lead of a global enterprise service in a large company. 
• Great communication skills with the ability to deliver information to clients verbally and in writing. 
• Report project progress to stakeholders 
• Worked across different teams and maintained great working relationships.

What you will do:

• Administer, improve and maintain our client application solutions.
• Keep customer experience, performance and security prioritized.
• Have constant interaction with our clients. 
• Create Technical Documentation. 
• Help with Troubleshooting issues. 

It would be awesome if you had: 

• Knowledge on iOS.
• The ability to script using either Python, Shell, or Bash.
• Experience working with JAMF.
• Able to use Sudo Commands
