What will you do?

• Work with Natural Language Processing (NLP)) and Speech Recognition projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, understand project needs, and translate them into effective AI solutions by undertaking cost-benefit analysis ensuring these systems align with overall business goals.

• Evaluate and productionize AI models by turning them into API and batch jobs.

• Build solid relationships between your team, and operations and infrastructure teams, ensuring smooth deployment and continuous improvement of models via robust and scalable ML pipelines.

• Design and implement AI workloads for structured and unstructured datasets seamlessly.

• Effectively communicate architectures and status of projects to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Our Machine Learning / AI Engineer has/is: 

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or similar.

• Experience with voice and text analysis workloads such as text classification, Voice Activity Detection (VAD), Speaker Diarization, Speech-To-Text (ASR), Text Normalization and Inverse Text Normalization, PII redaction.

• Experience in Generative models, Text-To-Speech (TTS), and Text-to-Text LLMs, and techniques such as few-shot learning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Chat/VoiceBots, and model hallucination handling.

• Well-versed in using, integrating, and fine-tuning existing AI models from public repositories such as HuggingFace.

• Advanced MLOps and CI/CD for data pipelines and deploying AI models.

• Accustomed to Python-related Data Engineering libraries, packages, and frameworks, such as Fast-API, Pydantic, Presidio Analyser, PyTorch, and NumPy.

• Familiarity with trading off running AI workloads in the cloud vs. private cloud environments for efficient consumption of GPUs.

• The ideal candidate should have experience with Ray.io, Whisper ASR, PyAnnote, LLMs, LangChain, Flyte, RunPod.io, and Azure.

• Storytelling abilities, and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
