About the Role

Join our team in the mission of automating the order-taking process. The pivotal challenge ahead is the continual improvement of our AI. As a vital contributor, you'll play an instrumental role in integrating intent classification and named entity recognition solutions into our system. The impact of your role is vast – in the short term, it's about refining our Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and over the long haul, it's about optimizing our ML pipeline's performance.

What your day-to-day looks like

Collaborate with the ML Ops member, software, and testing engineers to ensure seamless integration of NLP models. Dive deep into the world of Machine Learning and NLP to create, train, and implement models that will elevate our system's performance. Engage with various data tools, databases, and software engineering tasks to create robust and efficient systems.

Essential Qualifications

  • A foundation in ML, programming, and data manipulation
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an ML Engineer
  • BA in CS, DS, Physics, Mathematics or an equivalent field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in training and evaluating ML models in an industry setting
  • Proven track record of selecting and deploying NLU models in production environments
  • Academic publications in NLP
