MACHINE OPERATOR 1

Essential Functions • Operator sets up machine before shift starts.Punctuality and attendance is crucial to meet daily production goals. • Runs product samples before production, fill out paperwork, and sets up code’s dates when applicable. • Must lift heavy objects from lower to higher position and move objects horizontally from position to position. • Punctuality and attendance is crucial to meet daily production goals. • Assist in other areas as assigned by supervisor or manager. Job Requirements/Skills • Able to follow verbal instructions from Supervisor • Handle multiple projects in a fast paced and limited timeframe while remaining detailed-oriented, reliable and organized • Excellent communication skills • Display strong leadership abilities • Analytical skills and attention to diminutive details • Must follow all Safety rules and Company Procedures • Mechanically inclined Experience • Working in a high-volume food moanufacturing environment a plus Education High School or Equivelant required
