Machine operator duties: • Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and operate production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation, including loading, adjusting settings, and monitoring performance. • Quality Control: Monitor and inspect products during production to ensure they meet quality standards, including checking weights, packaging, and labeling. • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot issues, and assist in basic repairs to minimize downtime. • Sanitation & Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhere to safety protocols, and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and allergen procedures. • Team Collaboration & Flexibility: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals, assist in other departments as needed, and be willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
