Machine Operator

Shift Hours: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays) Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour, depending on experience (DOE) Job Type:Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our 1st shift team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operating machinery within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment. As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring that machinery runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Key Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain machinery in accordance with GMP standards. • Set up machines at the beginning of the shift to ensure proper working order. • Monitor machine operations to detect issues and make adjustments as needed. • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery. • Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications. • Follow all safety protocols and company policies during machine operation. • Record and report production data, including output and any discrepancies. • Assist in troubleshooting machinery issues and coordinate repairs when necessary. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a GMP environment. • Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and machine operation procedures. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays as required. • HMC experience a plus • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Benefits: • Opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment. • Health, dental, and vision insurance options. • Paid time off and holiday pay.
