Machine Operator

In this role, you'll operate and maintain automated machinery critical to our production lines. This is your opportunity to grow with a global leader in advanced manufacturing solutions. Austin, TX|$17/hour|11:00 PM – 7:15 AM, Sunday–Thursday What You’ll Be Doing: • Operate, monitor, and maintain automated equipment and related hardware • Load materials including components, stencils, and chemicals to prepare for production • Perform in-process quality checks and troubleshoot minor machine issues • Record inventory data and track production statistics • Support preventive maintenance and shutdown cleaning procedures • Follow all safety and quality protocols to ensure a clean and compliant work environment What We’re Looking For: • 6–12 months of machine operation experience preferred • Ability to read and follow moderately complex instructions • Comfortable with basic math and quality inspection procedures • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Work Environment: This is a fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to: • Moving mechanical parts • Chemicals and electrical equipment • Repetitive motion tasks and moderate noise levels Physical Requirements: • Standing and walking throughout the shift • Regular lifting up to 10 lbs; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs • Good hand-eye coordination, visual focus, and color differentiation required Perks and Benefits: As a Balance Staffing Associate, you’ll enjoy: • Weekly pay • Optional medical benefits • Paid sick leave • State-specific retirement savings options (as applicable by law) Apply now and one of our recruiters will reach out to you!
