Machine Operator

Job Overview You will be an integral part of the panel manufacturing process. Your primary responsibilities include operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring quality control, and contributing to the efficient and sustainable production of solar energy components. This role requires attention to detail and commitment to safety and environmental standards. • C shift: Thurs-Sat, every other Wednesday - 5:45 am to 6pm • D shift: Thurs-Sat, every other Wednesday - 5:45 pm to 6am Duties • Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production Including but not limited to, photovoltaic cell manufacturing, soldering, encapsulation, and testing equipment. • Monitor production processes, equipment parameters, and environmental conditions to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to specifications. • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety measures. Skills • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus. • Previous experience in manufacturing. • Basic knowledge of safety and environmental regulations. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
