Machine Operator-Bilingual

Job Position: Machine Operator-Bilingual Location: Dallas, TX 75237 Pay Rate: $16.00/hr Shift: 1st Shift Description: Stride Staffing has partnered with the 5th largest corrugated packaging company and the world’s largest, privately-held 100% recycled paper and packaging company, with more than 10,000 highly-skilled employees dedicated to the environment and sustainability. Machine operators use heavy machinery to perform tasks that are vital to a company's production process, such as setting up, operating, monitoring and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing or production environment. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience operating and loading production machines.*Extrusion Machine Experience Preferred* • Safety: Ensuring machines are safe to operate by verifying safety features and following safety regulations • Setup: Setting up and adjusting machines before operation • Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance checks and minor calibrations as needed • Operation: Operating machinery efficiently and feeding raw materials into the machinery. • Quality: Inspecting machinery and machine-produced outputs to ensure quality and efficient operation • Production: Following production instructions, scrutinizing the production process, and ensuring the machine's performance allows production to run smoothly • Records: Creating and managing records of approved and defective units or final products • Logs: Creating and maintaining activity logs Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Prolonged periods of standing, and walking throughout the shift How to apply: This position is resume driven please make sure to upload your resume when creating your application.
