Job description Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various machinery, particularly in a factory setting. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in meeting production goals while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities • Operate and monitor press brake machines and other machining equipment to fabricate parts according to specifications. • Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models to ensure accurate production. • Utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to maintain quality standards. • Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure product specifications are met. • Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise. • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols Skills • Proficient in operating press brake machines and other factory equipment. • Strong background in machining processes and fabrication techniques. • Familiarity with GD&T principles for quality assurance. • Experience with tooling setup and adjustments for various machining tasks. • Ability to use precision measuring instruments effectively for quality control purposes.
