Machine Operator/Assembler

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and reliable Machine Operator / Assembler to join our team in the San Gabriel Valley area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating machinery, assembling components, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role may also be a good fit for candidates with CNC machine operation experience while not required, it is a preferred skill. Duties • Set up, operate, and monitor manual or semi-automated production equipment • Prepare machines for changeovers involving variable types and sizes of products • Assemble components accurately per production instructions and specifications • Perform required quality checks and maintain proper documentation • Clean equipment and workspace to meet safety and cleanliness standards • Support team goals and production timelines with a collaborative attitude Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience as a machine operator and/or assembler (Required) • High school diploma or equivalent (Required) • CNC experience (Preferred but not required) • Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude • OSHA 10/30 certification (Preferred) • Forklift Operator Card (Preferred) • Must have a valid Driver s License (Required) • Must be able to reliably commute to Monterey Park, CA 91754 • Schedule Full-time • 8-hour shifts • Monday through Friday (Some overtime or weekend work may be required) • Additional Information Equal Opportunity Employer • On-site position If you are motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to our manufacturing team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Machine Operator / Assembler.
