Machine Operators Needed on 1st, 2nd & Weekend Shifts!

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our print manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machines, ensuring high-quality production while adhering to safety standards. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to read blueprints, as well as familiarity with precision measuring tools. Responsibilities • Operate and monitor machinery, including press brake machines and other equipment, to ensure efficient production processes. • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to set up machines accurately. • Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity. • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions promptly. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols. • Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety practices. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery effectively. • Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). • Familiarity with tooling, lamination, book binding, machining processes, and forklift operation is advantageous. • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
