Madison, State Street, Key Holder

Based in the Madison State Street location, the Studs Key Holder will be at the ground level of building and developing the most unique ear piercing and shopping experience! You are the ultimate ambassador of our brand. Your main objectives will be to provide amazing customer experience and drive sales. 

Salary: $27/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a brand ambassador: educate and delight our customers with the magic of Studs.
• Deliver an incredible experience that continues beyond the store visit.
• Greet customers, demonstrate thorough product knowledge, and operate POS/check out.
• Manage appointment flow maximizing optimal customer experience.
• Assist with inventory management and visual display.
• Grow and develop our customer base through one-on-one interactions in store and during special events, with a focus on exceptional service.
• Lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager to include opening / closing, customer service and store maintenance
• Problem-solve: Implement recovery methods for addressing poor client experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 30 hours per week; you must be available for at least four shifts per week including two weekday shifts and two weekend shifts of six hours or more.
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hour shifts.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs boxes.
• Must be able to handle chemicals safely.
• You have an ability to connect and interact easily with those around you.
• You have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience.
• You're responsible; you show up on time and ask questions when you're unclear.
• You have experience working independently and a team - you take initiative and are proud of your work. 
• You have a good eye and great style; you love putting looks together.
• You’re a problem-solver: you have a positive, can-do attitude!
• You have 2+ years of retail experience and you're ready to dive in!
• Passion for earrings, piercing, digital innovation, and community-building is a plus.
