What You'll Bring:

• 3 plus years of experience working within a mail room enviroment is perferred
• Microsoft office basic skills
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written
• Prefer some college

Impact You'll Make:

• In charge of pickup and delivery of mail and packages among post office, company buildings and inter-office locations.
• May act as a courier for messages, documents and packages for in-office deliveries.
• Sorts and distributes mail.
• Prepares outgoing mail, weighing, calculating postage and posting letters and parcels.
• Records postage charges and renews postage meter as required.
• May prepare special reports depicting mail volume by department, destination and courier classification.
