Daily tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:• Leading by example to demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands which include shipping and receiving, mail services, and records• Ensure each team member provides the highest level of prompt and friendly customer service• Monitor and ensure well-maintained tidiness in office workstations, break areas, and other office space• Maintain all logs and reporting documentation in a timely manner• Ensure inventory of shipping supplies is up to date; replenished with adequate quantities in a timely manner• Receiving package deliveries and preparing outgoing package shipments• Receiving material shipments and re-stocking, ensuring the storage spaces are maintained orderly• Lifting heavy boxes, files, or paper when needed• Take directions from supervisor or site manager• Participate in cross-training• Provide backfill as needed
