Mailroom Representative - Starting pay at $14.00/hr. plus monthly incentives!

CAPITAL Services is a family-owned business that provides portfolio analytics, financial modeling, compliance, technology, and servicing for our clients. Our Mailroom partners with each department at CAPITAL and ensures the company has what it needs to operate successfully.

As a Mailroom Representative, you will open, sort and distribute incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail. You will also enter application information into CAPITAL's Application Processing System and process correspondence related to applications.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Open and batch incoming mail.
• Image credit card applications.
• Log incoming priority mail.
• Support the business by distributing mail and managing company supplies.
• Handle incoming and outgoing packages for the business.
• Continuously learn mailroom tasks and become an expert through training and experience.
• Play a BIG role in supporting success of the business.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who will:

• Be a reliable team member with strong attendance.
• Make decisions using facts and established procedures.
• Work at a steady pace to ensure accuracy and productivity standards are met.
• Be organized and have the ability to meet timelines.
• Be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
