Job Description

Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and Skilled Mainframe Developer (Adabas / Natural) for one of our clients

Position: Mainframe Developer (Adabas / Natural)

Location: Lenoir, NC (Hybrid)

Full Time Opportunity

Requirement :

• Adabas/Natural Required RPGII is a plus VSE or z/OS on a mainframe
• Writes application specifications, draws file layouts and flow charts, and performs program coding
• Works with Systems Analyst and the Operation staff in developing programs to the operation stage to minimize computer down time
• Maintains application programs for maximum efficiency and data integrity
• Communicate effectively and proficiently with tea members as well as end users
• Perform on call duties as assigned
• Providing technical assistance to client personnel, hardware and software maintenance and upgrades as needed
• Communicate with Bernhardt personnel to facilitate ‘best methods’ for objectives and possibilities from a programming standpoint
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience programming in Natural/ADABAS or comparable languages, preferred
• Strong Communication skills: verbal and written
• Strong data analytics, specifically in terms of debugging and troubleshooting, program specifications and technical documentation
