Mainframe Modernization Leaders / Senior modernization architects

Responsibilities: As a Technology leader, will lead from thefront, legacy modernization and transformation of large Mainframe applicationsto modern composable architecture in a continuous modernization journey ofhealthcare Payer applications. Will be a leader of a team of seniormodernization and domain architecture leaders, and work with customer at CXOand VP, AVP and Architects and TCS teams to drive strategy, architecture,planning, roadmap and work closely with engineering implementation leads in twoor more areas in Enterprise modernization including legacy modernization,integration, compliance, security architectures.

Will be responsible for the modernization of sources oftruth and the transactional applications in the Payer value chain. Deepexperience in mainframe modernizations, re-engineering, reverse engineering andrules extraction, modularization, migrations will be essential. Transformation of custom applications toproducts will be a plus. Role willrequire deep engagement with our large accounts internal and with customers . Consulting to influence the business and enterprise directions of theirenterprise.

Will interface with multi-disciplinary teams across theaccount ( cloud, data, enterprise applications, tools, innovations, etc) ,collaborate with various organization units and alliances , within TCS and/orwithin the customer business, to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned tothe strategic goals, vision and definedroadmap of the customer. Role will require creating demonstrated-thoughtleadership Point of views for internal, client. and industry forums. This may also need collaboration withinnovation and product alliance teams for 1. Research on Industry Trends forany product / features, tools and solutions evaluation, comparative analysisand architectural benefits of various tools and technologies aligning withenterprise solution.
