Mainframe Sales Support (Techline)

Introduction
The Technology Division is looking for a sales person who will be engaged in data preparation work which is the basis of sales activities and operation of software running on the mainframe (IBM Z) widely used in enterprise mission-critical systems.
The IBM Z is a platform that has supported mission-critical operations for 60 years and will continue to evolve over time to bring more advanced technology value to our customers’ businesses.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Techline is a sales position for IBM Z software but the main role is to create and provide the data files needed for day-to-day sales activities and billing of the software using specialized tools. We are looking for someone to join us in this essential role in the day-to-day business operations of IBM Z Software. This is a flexible work schedule with the option to work fully remotely except when required.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Career-minded inside sales or back-office specialist
• Good communication skills in Japanese

Conduct business through e-mails meetings and negotiations with overseas internal members in English
