Mainframe Security Engineer - Cyber Security Operations

The Cyber Security Operations (CSO) function within Global Information Security is responsible for all aspects of threat intelligence and monitoring, application and network security, and insider threat. In addition, the CSO team drives out the enterprise-wide cyber exercise program.
The Mainframe Security Engineer will sit within a team that defines policy and delivers capabilities to empower the bank to better control access to its data, systems, and infrastructure. Team responsibilities consist of hardening access controls to our production environment and may require updates to existing configurations or design of new access configurations.
In this role, you will understand current state and influence design decisions. As a Mainframe Security Engineer, you meet demands of working across multiple workstreams and communicate with senior technology and business leadership. Organized evidence of compliance and producing documentation will also be key to this role. You may also be responsible for tight coordination with the infrastructure technology organization.
Required Skills:

• Must havexperience with IBM z/VM and VM/CMS
• Must have experience working with Broadcom/CA VM:Secure software ( may also see as VMSecure, VM Secure, VM-Secure etc. )
• Additional experience with IBM RACF and/or ACF2 is an added benefit
• Understanding of the principles of privileged and production access
• Strong discipline regarding enforcement of access management core principles
• Comfort with Windows environments
• Familiarity with IT security and risk management practices
• Ability to clearly communicate technical and business issues and solutions effectively to business or technical staff across organizational layers
• Good interpersonal and influencing skills
• Excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple workstreams at a time and respond to rapidly changing demands

Colorado pay range:
$74,000 - $124,700 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
