Your Role and Responsibilities
Mainframe Software Renewal representative provides customer support to end users and resellers relating to support contract renewals with the goal of maintaining or upgrading existing customers’ products.

Mainframe Software Renewal Representative Duties & Responsibilities
1. Will be responsible to support contract renewing for mainframe software license
2. Understand mainframe customers’ existing technical environment and software stacks
3. Maintain accurate forecast activities and complete the contract renewal activities on-time
4. Present pricing rule and T&C terms in accordance with standard procedures
5. Proactively recommend products needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction quality
6. Work closely with the IBM Sales Team and partners to generate stream revenue


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Must be motivated flexible and a self-starter mentality
2. Ability to effectively negotiate in both challenging and collaborative sales engagements is a must
3. A passion for collaboration and a basic understanding of IBM mainframe hardware and software technology
