Maint and PSM Planner

Are you our next Maintenance and PSM Planner?

Responsible for providing detailed job plans and implementing the PSM program and developing and maintaining the CMMS to provide for safe and efficient execution of maintenance jobs at the Florida Ammonia Terminals. This role will work closely with the facility Superintendents.

What will you do?

• CMMS: Provide support to maintain equipment records, bills of materials, PMs and other records within the CMMS. Identify parts that need to be added to inventory and provide required documentation.

• Maintenance Projects: Develop work scope, hold pre-job meetings, work with Procurement in reviewing bids, oversee work, and maintain proper documentation (materials certification, contractor qualifications).

• Mechanical Integrity (MI): Implement MI element of PSM program (ensure inspections are scheduled as required, review reports, address deficiencies).

• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Trigger PMs and distribute to appropriate personnel, review completed PMs and ensure PMs are completed accurately and on time and then closed.

• Process Safety Management (PSM): Execute elements of the PSM Program and maintain proper documentation (generate MOCs, complete PSSRs, update PSI, ensure P&IDs are up to date).

• CMMS Support: Serve as an area resource for CMMS expertise. Provide training and assistance to area personnel as needed.

What do you need for this role?

• High School/GED required.

• 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience required.

• Maintenance experience required.
