Maintenance Associate

Tower Research Capital LLC, a high-frequency proprietary trading firm founded in 1998, seeks a Maintenance Associate to join our Office Management team.

Responsibilities

• Performing cleaning services for all office surfaces, kitchens, and restrooms, including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Collecting all trash and recycling from kitchens, bathrooms, pods, conference rooms, and roof decks
• Providing cleaning and regular maintenance to office and kitchen appliances
• Stocking and maintaining supply rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms, including unpacking incoming groceries / office supplies and regular expiration date checks on pantry items
• Setting up and breaking down daily breakfast catering
• Polishing tables, doors, and decorative items on a weekly basis
• Cleaning and setting up for special events and roof parties
• Providing quick assistance with spills or glass breakage within the office
• Assisting with moving and assembling furniture as needed 
• Coverage for teammates as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance and/or customer service role
• Highly committed, prompt, and professional team player 
• Strong communication and coordination skills; bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
