Overview
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems
• Collaborate with other departments to address facility needs
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
• 2+ years of experience in general building maintenance or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical environments
• Valid driver’s license (if travel between sites is required)
