Maintenance Laborer

Castor Materials Inc. is a family owned & operated concrete manufacturing and crushing facility with (3) three locations in Philadelphia.We're seeking Maintenance Laborers to join our growing team! THIS POSITION OFFERS ON-THE-JOB TRAINING to GROW into other opportunities! • Learn to Operate Heavy Equipment (Backhoe, Excavator, Front End Loader, Skidsteer, etc.) • Learn how to perform Maintenance of Equipment • Learn to become a Diesel Mechanic/Technician • Learn Barging, Aggregates, and Quarry Operations POSITION LOCATED in SOUTHWEST Philadelphia HOURS:Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm PAY:$16-24 per hour, Includes EXCELLENET BENEFITS Package! JOB DUTIES: • Perform preventative maintenance of plant equipment, machines • Perform regular inspection and maintenance of machinery and equipment • Power washing, cleaning of buildings and exteriors • Trash and Debris removal • Keeping inventory of supplies and parts • Work with other departments to complete assigned projects Job Requirements and Qualifications • 1 Year of Industrial, maintenance or mechanic experience. • Ability to Stand/walk for duration of shift • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation • Experience in the Trades: Electric, Plumbing, Welding or Mechanics preferred W H Y J O I N O U R T E A M ? ? ? ? ? - Feel VALUED & APPRECIATED! - Full Time, YEAR ROUND WORK!Unlike most other construction companies, we do NOT do winter layoffs!
