Summary
The Maintenance Manager is a hands-on facilities leader responsible for maintaining safe clean and reliable bank environments across multiple locations. This role performs and oversees day-to-day building maintenance coordinates vendor services supports minor renovations and branch projects and ensures facilities issues are resolved quickly to minimize disruption to employees and clients. The Maintenance Supervisor partners with leadership to uphold regulatory safety and operational standards while delivering responsive service-oriented facilities support.
Responsibilities
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate and oversee vendors (HVAC plumbing electrical landscaping snow removal pest control fire/life safety cleaning) to ensure timely quality work.
- Obtain quotes schedule work validate completion and escalate performance issues.
- Ensure vendor access is managed appropriately (sign-in procedures escorting where required and compliance with site rules).
- Safety Security & Compliance
- Support a safe and secure environment by addressing hazards promptly and documenting corrective actions.
- Assist with facility compliance activities such as fire extinguisher inspections emergency lighting checks life safety systems testing coordination and maintaining required records.
- Follow bank security requirements for keys access alarms and sensitive areas; coordinate with Security/IT as needed.
Projects & Space Support
- Support small projects branch refreshes furniture moves and office setup needs.
- Assist with coordinating minor remodels and repairs ensuring work aligns with bank standards and minimal business disruption.
Administrative & Documentation
- Maintain accurate work order updates vendor invoices/records and maintenance logs in the bank's tracking system.
- Track inventory of basic supplies and tools; recommend reorder points and cost-effective solutions.
- Provide status updates and recurring issue trends to leadership; propose preventative solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of hands-on building maintenance experience (commercial retail banking or similar environment preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of general maintenance: basic electrical plumbing carpentry painting and facility troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple sites with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (or ability to travel as required).
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs climb ladders and perform physical tasks in varied conditions.

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Leader Bank salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance.
Salary Minimum: $65000.00 - Salary Max: $80000.00
The range listed is just one component of Leader Bank's total compensation package for team members. Other rewards may include annual bonuses commissions short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards. In addition Leader Bank provides a variety of benefits to eligible team members including health insurance coverage a team member wellness program life and disability insurance a retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off and vacation.
