Maintenance Porter

Position Overview: This is an on-site position. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visa at this time. Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday - 2:00 PM -10:00 PM Saturday to Monday - 7:00 AM -3:00 PM, Tuesday-Wednesday, 3:00 PM -11:00 pm Responsibilities: • Keep buildings and grounds in clean and orderly condition. • Spackle and paint common areas and entry doors. • Common area trash collection. • Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs. • Perform routine maintenance tasks. • Organize custodial closets and spaces. • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment. • On call for emergency dispatch. Qualifications: • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields. • Ability to handle physical workload. • Strong attention to detail. • Strong organizational skills. • Flexible schedule. • Able to work overtime if needed.
