Maintenance Technician - HVAC & Refrigeration & Kitchen Equipment Job Summary: HVAC Technician – to be able to identify problems on malfunctioning heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and then determine the best way to repair them. Perform technical maintenance duties in the upkeep of facility HVAC or refrigeration systems. Duties will include, but not limited to, regular preventative maintenance, changing pumps, motors and compressors & recovering freon. Kitchen Equipment- Fryers, Grills , Coffee makers and soda systems Salary: $17.00/hr. to $30.00/hr. Salary is commensurate to skills and qualifications.
