Major Incident Specialist Graduate

  What you'll do

• You will report to the Senior Manager Service Desk
• You will help with Major Incident Management support including , status assessments, engagement of teams, whiteboard updates and communications, and general incident management during major incidents.
• You will serve as the initial contact and facilitator for system-generated events regarding multiple systems and environments throughout the entire CSG environment.
• You will work variety of shifts to include weekends, holidays or extra shifts
• You will be part of the 2024 Graduate Program which runs for 12 months
• You will be in the Cape Town office for at least 3 days in a week

• BCom Information Systems , BSc Computer Science
• Good verbal and written skills
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
• South African Identification document
