The Opportunity
Calling all operationally-minded builders who love making customers successful! DataGrail is looking for a Managed Services Specialist to help build programs and processes that drive value for our customers leveraging DataGrail's new Privacy Request Management offering.
The Skill Set
- Manage customer-facing services engagements for end-to-end DSAR fulfillment
- Identify and document process gaps and learnings to improve future engagements
- Improve existing discovery assets to accurately and thoroughly capture engagement requirements
- Scale training assets required for new associates onboarding prior to customer engagements
Within 90 Days, You’ll
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in the DataGrail product offerings and use cases
- Own DataGrail’s data subject request process for incoming requests
- Be certified to deliver demonstrations of the DataGrail request management process as well as services engagements features
Within 180 Days, You’ll
- Drive operational improvements to the process for scoping and delivering managed service engagements
- Partner with Customer Success, Account Management, and leadership to drive upsell opportunities and recurring revenue
Within 365 Days, You’ll
- Deliver scaled training assets and methodologies for DataGrail Partner Network and exponentially increase DataGrail’s reach.
- Have a deep understanding of the value customers are getting from DataGrail’s managed services and built a catalog of customer stories and case studies.
