RER Solutions, Inc., is accepting resumes for a Management Analyst to become a part of our superior workforce in Washington, DC area. The Management Analyst will provide onsite and remote federal program leadership.
- Provide project management and analytical support to enable key strategic initiatives
- Develop and enhance reporting techniques and metrics to identify project status and milestones, maintaining current information on the status of critical projects and deliverables
- Coordinate the products, processes, and procedures involved in the agency's office operations
- Execute tasks to ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives to support the agency's mission
- Contribute to the development of presentations, reports, surveys, and tools for the agency review and approval
- Support personnel to summarize information from various sources for different types and levels of consumption as well as perform validation checks
- Establish timelines, resource requirements, review business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and present recommendations for process implementation
- Gather, summarize, and verify information used to populate reports or other deliverables
Requirements
- Minimum of permanent residence required to obtain client issued Public Trust
- 2+ years of professional experience as an analyst
- Professional experience serving as an analyst with the private or public sector
- Project management and tracking software experience
- Experience writing reports for the Federal government
- Design charts and graphs for a marketing context knowledge
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Able to adapt to change quickly and effectively
- Able to work independently to prioritize work as well as collaborate as a team member
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in business administration and management, management information systems, computer science, or related majors;
