Summary
Position assigned to Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR); Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC); Washington, DC. Incumbent serves as a headquarters (HQ) management analyst, providing management with coordination and administrative support of high-level tasks in response to customers and stakeholders of FFR Programs. Liaison between all FFR Program groups and ensures operational, financial and strategic vision is clear in messaging, validated and supported.

Qualifications
A qualified candidate possesses the following:
- A minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in analyzing, evaluating, and advising on Fleet and Family Readiness Programs.
- Knowledge of the entire FFR programs portfolio at the Installation, Region and Headquarters level.
- Knowledge of FFR and CNIC programs and missions, as well as knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations and policies related to program/operations area to consider their impact on programs.
- Knowledge of program policies and regulations covering areas of applicable administrative and operational policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of non-appropriated (NAF) and appropriated fund (APF) financial management.
- Knowledge of and direct experience with Navy correspondence.
- Knowledge of and direct experience with systems including ETMS2 Tasker system; travel through Defense Travel System (DTS); area clearances using State Department information and requirements; accounting system SAP; employee records system TWMS; payroll timecards in SLDCADA and Kronos.
- Knowledge of information management regulations such as those related to correspondence, mail, publications and filing.
- Skill in applying a wide range of qualitative and quantitative measures and indicators for the assessment, restructuring and improvement of complex operations.
- Skill in responding to customer needs, demonstrating attentiveness and courtesy.
- Skill in the use of MS Office applications primarily Word, Power Point and Excel.
- Ability to interpret complex instructions, directives, and correspondence and apply them to specific situations.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to make presentations to effectively represent the organization on pertinent issues.
- Ability to review and interpret policy/regulations; evaluate relevance; develop course of action (COA) options; take appropriate actions and communicate recommendations.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple diverse and complex, multi-faceted projects concurrently.
- Ability to manage competing priorities under strict deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work as a team member or individual and work effectively with various levels of management activity employees.

This position does not have a positive education requirement.

Salary is dependent on experience and/or education.
Some positions have special requirements. Selectee may be required to complete a one (1) year probationary period.
