Management Analyst` Administrative Assistant
TS/SCI with Poly is required for consideration of this role.
Tasking performed under this contract requires knowledge of SCI systems and will necessitate working with information and data classified at SCI levels, as well as having access to locations and systems with SCI-level information. The majority of information regarding Cyberspace Operations is held at the SCI and compartment level, and by its nature is considered sensitive with very limited access. SCI access will be required to perform their duties.
Duties to include, but not limited to the following `
- Maintain Current Operations (COPS) templates; including but not limited to Commanders Update Briefs, High Headquarter briefs, Standard Operating Procedures, Seven Minute Drills, JFHQ-DOIDN brief, NAVSPACE Update, overview materials, After Action Reports, USFF C2 of C2, Situational Awareness brief, and JFMCC STRAT.
- Develop and update COPS Planning/Synchronization briefing materials for presentation at- Command and Higher Headquarters battle rhythm events. Attend battle rhythm events and capture notes/minutes of proceedings and revise briefing materials accordingly.
- Update-processes and procedures for COPS, and update products tailored to specific FCC/C1OF requirements. The Contractor will update content on the MOC Operating Guide.
- Participate in Daily N33 coordination meetings.
- Attend COPS synchronization meetings and facilitate HHQ task planning and assignments.
- Will coordinate across the staff across FCC/C1OF enterprise to gather data in response to RFIs that come through the FLTCMDCTR.
- Attend MOC synchronization meetings and facilitate HHQ task planning and assignments.
- Assist in documenting HHQ task assignments, tracking task assignments and following-up until completion.
- Coordinate. directly with the Command task coordinator to ensure synchronization of HHQ task assignments and tracking.
- Provide a Contract Monthly Status Report, Meeting Minutes, Briefing Materials, Trip Report, Task SCI Access List, Contractor Self- Assessment, Contract funds Status Report, Contract Completion Memo
Qualifications
- BS or BA degree (4 years of additional experience may be substituted to meet this requirement)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience performing management analysis.
- At least 4 years of specialized management analysis experience in areas such as, business process reengineering, configuration management, quality control/assurance, organizational performance assessments, mission analysis, and strategic planning
Skills
- Knows Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook to support:
- Modifying briefs
- Posting briefs to SharePoint
- Updating global calendars with meetings/updates/etc.
- Updating SharePoint across multiple sites
- Basic AA tasks (answering phones, filing, etc.)
- Can’t be flustered by senior leaders
- High paced position that keeps senior leadership informed and on time
- Will get inquiries/requests from senior leadership
- Ensure multiple senior leaders are aware of upcoming meetings, exercises, etc.
