Position Description:
CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst IV to support FBI in Huntsville, Alabama.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Beyond the responsibilities and duties of a Supply Tech, DSU MA is also tasked with the additional responsibilities of receiving and shipping firearms for the FBI, DEA, Marshall Services, and the ATF. • MA needs access to the DSU spreadsheets, which require supervisor level approval, for tracking the weapons. • MA must have knowledge of service requests (SR) and 431 weapon requests. SR's and 431's must be identified for each weapon that comes into DSU and the Weapons Management Facility (WMF). • Spreadsheets need to be updated with date received, type of weapon, and date shipped. The SR and 431 are then filed in the appropriate field office folder for accountability and tracking purposes. • MA also ships and receives evidence. Evidence is also tracked per the SR and filed appropriately by the corresponding field office. Weapons are also received from field offices that require maintenance or repair. This includes weapons from the FBI, DEA, Marshall Services and the ATF. • MA is required to complete a service tag for the weapon. Once the repair or maintenance is completed, the MA ships the weapon back to the field office and files the SR by month. • MA responsibilities also include receiving weapons for destruction as well as recycling the scrap metal.
*Additional responsibilities will be required as the DSU WMF program grows in Huntsville.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must have 4+ years of experience
Must hold active TOP SECRET clearance
