Currently, there is a great opportunity for an experienced and creative Management and Leadership Programs Designer to join our Talent and Development (T&D) team.

The T&D team sits within the HR function and works globally to enable the business to achieve its strategic goals by developing, embedding, and enhancing processes and frameworks that support employee performance, growth, and engagement. Being in this role, you will drive BBH's global Leadership and Management Development strategy. You will partner with senior business and HR leaders across the Firm to define, craft and continually enhance the global development offerings and ensure they are in line with the T&D's vision. You will create the architecture for all leadership and management development content, including implementation and measurement strategies.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Shaping and driving our leadership and management development agenda to meet the current needs of the organization, while also being future focused to support the evolving needs
  • Collaborating closely with other members of the T&D team to ensure the solutions embody our development philosophy of getting the right content to our people at the right time and in the right way
  • Combining expertise in the Leadership and Management development discipline with sound instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and leveraging technology to ensure that solutions are accessible and relevant to our people
  • Partnering with stakeholders to design, embed and socialize the Leadership and Management development strategy - making sure our approach is business-aligned and commercial
  • Managing and executing administrative aspects of learning solutions including marketing/communication, budget management, vendor partnerships, and inventory/resource maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, Graduate degree preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant experience with proven track record in translating Leadership and Management concepts into practical, commercial development solutions to include learning design, development, and delivery
  • Expertise in designing and developing leadership development programs with creativity and clear business impact (measuring ROI)
  • Strong client-centric and relationship management skills
  • Excellent analytic, problem solving, and program/project skills resulting in the ability to prioritize work within a fluid environment; with the ability to initiate change and/or pivot to engage with change
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and engage them in co-creating a strategy, influencing, and directing others, without direct line reporting authority
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, facilitation, presentation skills
  • Team player with strong accountability skills
