Examples of specialized experience includes:

1. Providing guidance and advice on acquisition policies, processes and procedures

2. Providing assistance during pre-acquisition activities

3. Playing role in the review and periodic update of an Acquisition System.                                                                          

To Qualify for the GS-13: Applicants must possess specialized experience equivalent to 1 year of experience at the next lowest grade level (GS-12) that is similar to experience gained in the federal sector.  Your resume must meet all of the specialized experience below:

Examples of specialized experience includes:

1. Providing subject matter expertise on acquisition policies, processes and procedures;

2. Ensuring proper planning and compliance with investment policy and procedures at each milestone for all projects/programs.

3. Supporting and participating in outreach activities and initiatives including coordinating workshops, training courses, orientations and conferences.        

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. or related to this line of work.
