Qualifications
To qualify for this position at the FV-E level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-D, FG/GS-5/6, in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in, or related to, the position to be filled.
Specialized Experience for FV-E includes experience in the performance of basic and routine tasks in support of administrative programs; utilizing automated systems to maintain data; and supporting the office in scheduling meetings; typing correspondence; providing standard information on administrative policies, personal property and travel administration.
To qualify for this position at the FV-F level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-E, FG/GS-7/8, in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in, or related to, the position to be filled.
Specialized Experience for FV-F includes planning and managing the office's daily administrative functions; maintaining automated systems to record, reconcile, validate, and track data; identifying and resolving discrepancies; performing various analytical studies; interpreting and providing guidance; and performing multiple and varying assignments in the areas of financial support, personnel matters, personal property, and travel administration.
