Position is a Management and Program Assistant within ATO, Air Traffic Services. Assignments will support managers, staff, and other employees in day-to-day operations.

Duties and Responsibilities continued:
Work activities typically support multiple projects/programs and contribute to the objectives of one or more organizational units and/or major subdivisions. Contacts arc typically internal and external. Internal contacts frequently involve managers and employees from more than one organizational unit, major subdivision, and/or LOB/SO to share information, coordinate efforts, and discuss the statuses of assignments. External contacts typically are with customers and other parties on routine matters that relate to the professional or technical occupation that is being supported.
To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-E, FG/GS-7-8 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in, or related to, the position to be filled.
Specialized experience may include but is not limited to: skill in utilizing web-based automated time-keeping and travel reservation programs, knowledge of various office automation software programs, tools and techniques used in the support of office operations, skill in creating and updating spreadsheets and graphs, tracking and analyzing information for a wide variety of programs, entering and tracking budget, purchasing and inventory.
