Management Assistant (Freelance)

This is a temporary assignment for the duration of +/- 6 months, 40 hours per week. Start date 3 February 2025
What you are going to do
Your impact as a management assistant is large. Careful agenda management is important, where you have a lot to do with foreign parties and different time zones. Insight, flexibility and solution orientation are expected. As a Management Assistant you support the MT and, where necessary, the rest of the Investment Office team with your proactive work attitude and hands-on mentality. The MT consists of four managers and the CIO. You work closely with your two fellow Management Assistants and act as each other's backup. Two days a week you are the permanent replacement of one of the Management Assistants.
Your responsibilities
- • Manage the agendas of the Management Team
- • Plan and organize meetings and meeting rooms for the MT and team members
- • Organize business travels for the team
- • Perform administrative tasks like filing expenses and arranging IT authorizations
- • Back-up the other two Management Assistants (availability on Wednesday is a requirement)

Who you are
- • A completed MBO or HBO education
- • Several years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- • Strong planning and organizational skills
- • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
