ThinkTek was formed with the specific purpose of providing its clients a tailored solution around Program & Project Management, Strategic Planning, and IT Operations

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced consultant to support a project with our federal government customer. The Consultant will support project management activities for a governance and change management contract. The consultant will execute on coordinated communications, change management, branding, process improvement, task management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Project and task management, direction will come directly from Federal employees
• Introduce and manage change of processes, systems, and solutions
• Develop strategic communications plans and presentations
• Develops and analyzes metrics, performance measurements, requirements, reports, and recommendations related to management, organizational structure, policy/procedures, and business systems.
• Develop high-level content for missions/programs and services
• Perform stakeholder engagement
• Regularly update and brief to Government executives
• Drive innovation

Desired Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 year of experience in management consulting
• Experience effectively leading and managing change activities
• Must be proficient in PowerPoint
• Experience working at a large consulting firm
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
